So I created a Tumblr to showcase and curate and collect the art and poetry of Graffiti Moon. I thought about just doing a post full of links, but then I realized that it would be a huge undertaking. ![]() I couldn’t find the artists and poets and works of art mentioned in the book listed anywhere. I love art and poetry, but when I first read Graffiti Moon, I wasn’t familiar with all of the artists and specific pieces that are mentioned in the text, and I was curious enough to investigate. I love when a book introduces me to a place or concept or idea that sends me to the stacks on a research expedition. The most recent young adult novel to send me on such a journey was Graffiti Moon. ![]()
